Shanghai Hua Long Testing Instruments Ltd. (referred to as Shanghai Hua Long hereinafter) integrating new and high technology and mechanical, electrical, and instrumental products, is an enterprise specializing in manufacture of tester products. It has been approved by Shanghai Foreign Economic and Trade Commission as a “Import and Export Enterprise of the P.R. of China”, was granted by the Town government in 1998 “Contribution Award for Economical Development of Shuan Sha Town”, passed ISO9001 in 1999, was approved by Shanghai Municipal Government in 2000 as a “Shanghai New and high Technology Enterprise”, as was granted in 2001 a title of “China Famous Brand”, passed in 2002 ISO9001 2000 version （certificates both in China and the US） and was granted a title of “Advanced Quality Management Collective” in PNA.

Established on May 8 1993, Shanghai Hua Long is a limited liability company, consisting of eight departments, one office and one center, including departments for marketing, manufacture, final assembly, electrical assembly, quality assurance, purchase, finance, technical service, as well as one R & D center and one office. 26 marketing and technical service centers have been set in main cities of provinces in the country and branches in Beijing, Guangzhou, Chendu and Changsha. Our products are widely used for various mechanical physical performance tests of metal, non-metal, components, finished products, new materials used in various fields of national economy, such as aviation and space, national defence and war industry, mechanical mechanical manufacture, vehicle and ships, metallurgy and mining, cables and wires, plastics and rubbers, construction and building materials, universities and colleges, scientific research institutions, commodity inspection and quality inspection. Currently there are 156 employees, with 65 employees having academic credentials higher than college. For the past 10 years, Shanghai Hua Long has completed R & D work for testers of more than 420 types and belonging to 56 series. Earlier or late among them 4 series products were granted “Shanghai Municipal Level New Product ” and 2 series products were granted “National Level Key New Products”. Also last year 4 series products realized “ Transfer of Achievements of New and High Technology in Shanghai”. The products can be found in provinces of the country, and are sold to America, Cuba, Korea, Mongolia, Bengal, Papua New Guinea, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, etc.

In January 2002, Shanghai Hua Long expropriated an land of 35 mu in Chuan Sha Industrial Park with investment of RMB 28,000,000 . It is called by Shanghai Municipal Government as “a construction project for Shanghai Hua Long Testing Instruments Ltd.”, which started in August 2002, with a building area of 12,000 m2, including scientific research building, electrical assembly adjustment building, assembly technology building, final assembly workshop, machining workshop, feed workshop, cold–work workshop, measuring room, sample device room. It was formally put into production on May 8, 2003.
There are 2 sets of large-scale 125 boring machines, 4 sets of hydraulic planers, 3 sets of CJK6163/HK63 horizontal numerically-controlled lathes, 1 set of 4-m double housing planer, and other 56 sets of general lathes, grinding machine, milling machine, planer, drill press, linear cutting machine.
We have a complete team for technology and assembly design and a complete work route arrangement.
